Could it be third time lucky for ... Richie Carter 'King of the Internet' - Our resident Flash animation expert. Hotly tipped to reach Apple Mac guru status by the time he reaches 21. Richie was the recent winner of our 'Cristiano Ronaldo' look-a-like contest.

Claire joins us after several years Graphic Design experience -- Claire has both HND and Degree level qualifications in Graphic Design.

Tristans joins our team as a direct replacement for Tom Jolly in our position as resident Web Developer working with back end systems such as Cpanel, mySQL, PHP.

We wish Rachael well in her new job working as 'Project Handler' at Blue River Design Agency in Newcastle. Many thanks to Rachael for her invaluable work at NRG. Good Luck! Rachael spent just under 5 years at NRG, 6 months of which in the role of company director. Fluent in Freehand. More lately concentrating on helping clients 'Author' their internet websites. Her latest project was A-Line Dental Services website. Is currently mastering our re-usable CTM application 'Starter Site'.

After completing some invaluable work on NRG's own CMS 'Starter Site' we wish Marc well in his new job for DuPont in Dunfermline, Scotland. Marc's legacy at NRG was some high end development work on 'Starter Site' and our own internal production schedule 'Superlist'. Marc's 2 years at NRG were much appreciated. 3 years experience in PHP, HTML and JavaScript. Currently worked at NRG whilst studying at the University of Teesside , Computer Programming.

Many thanks to Tom for his short stay at NRG as our resident web developer - Tom took over from where previous web wizard Marc Easen left over with our internal web site building tool 'Starter Site'. Good Luck in your new role as Flash Developer with Tombola.

Sinead has been with us now for over a year and has becoming fluent in building websites using our PHP / mySQL driven 'Starter Site' website building application. Studied at University of Sunderland to gain a BA in Interactive Media. Main area of experience is design for print producing work for local businesses and Sunderland Students' Union.

Andy has traveled the world and has worked in Graphic Design in this country Australia and New Zealand. Andy spent several months at NRG in the summer of 2006 before leaving to take up his new post as Studio Manager at Alphagraphics. Andy was perhaps one of the most naturally gifted graphic designers to pass thru NRG's doors -- hailing originally from Blackpool in Lancashire.

Gavin brought in his 2 year stay at NRG a new dimension of talent and insight. His training to other employees (such as Rachael) will always be appreciated. Thanks Gav, and good luck with Chooba! Prior to his 2 year stint at NRG Gavin had 10 years experience (in various parts of the world, Australia, Canada and the USA) in the Graphic arts Industry. This time includes high level work for blue chip clients whilst working in a top design agency. Fluent in Dreamweaver and has previously taught Photoshop.

5 years experience. Occasionaly, his freelance work for us proves invaluable. Jame's experience in PHP, ASP, JAVA and HTML puts our sites on par with anybody else's.

Many years experience in I.T. With particular skills in search engines and keywords symantecs. Also spent time as part of a top level team within British Telecom troubleshooting Broadband problems.
